I am a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Political Science at Rice University. My research interests include the political economy of foreign policy choices and of those choices' consequences. I have a particular focus on foreign aid and economic sanctions. I also have an interest in applied statistics and methodology.

In my dissertation project called "Strategic Choices in Foreign Aid", I study the political economy of giving and receiving foreign aid. Please have a look at its chapters here.
